Ball screw brackets and accessories are key components ensuring the high-precision, high-rigidity, and stable operation of ball screw systems. Their primary classification is based on functional role, structural design, and service type.

The core components can be divided into four main categories:

Support Seat Units: Divided into fixed-end and support-end units based on the load and function they bear.

Fixed-end support seats (e.g., BK, FK, EK, AK series): Typically equipped with angular contact bearing assemblies, they bear bidirectional axial and radial loads and provide precise axial positioning of the screw, serving as the reference end for the entire transmission system.

Support-end support seats (e.g., BF, FF, EF, AF series): Typically equipped with deep groove ball bearings, they primarily bear radial loads and allow for slight axial thermal expansion displacement of the screw, providing auxiliary support and floating adjustment.

Standard functional accessories: Primarily lock nuts (e.g., RN series), used to tighten and preload the screw shaft end to the bearings within the fixed-end support seat. These are crucial standard components for torque transmission and eliminating backlash.

Custom machining services: These refer to the machining services provided to users of the lead screw shaft ends, ensuring a perfect match with standard support brackets. This mainly includes machining of the fixed end journal (compatible with BK/FK/EK/AK, etc.) and the support end journal (compatible with BF/FF/EF/AF, etc.), a crucial step in achieving plug-and-play functionality and lowering the assembly threshold.

The support bracket and accessory system, with its core division of labor between the fixed and support ends, supplemented by standard parts and custom machining, together constitute a complete, plug-and-play lead screw system installation solution.
