1. Precision Anti-loosening Principle:
Eccentric thread design: The nut's thread uses a special eccentric tooth profile. When tightened with the standard thread on the ball screw shaft end, it generates a continuous radial locking force, effectively preventing loosening.
Anti-loosening washer combination: The standard configuration includes an internal-toothed anti-loosening washer (spline washer). During installation, the inner teeth of the washer engage with the keyway of the ball screw shaft, and the outer teeth engage with the groove on the nut's end face. Through tooth engagement, it completely prevents any rotation of the nut relative to the shaft.
2. Materials and Process:
Made of high-strength alloy steel and heat-treated to ensure sufficient strength and toughness, preventing fracture or deformation under high pre-tightening force.
Key contact surfaces (threads, end faces) are precision ground to ensure dimensional accuracy and mating performance.
3. Specifications and Matching:
The size series is fully compatible with the ball screw shaft end thread diameter (such as M6, M8, M10...M30, etc.) and the support base series.
Depending on different ball screw shaft diameters and load requirements, standard and thickened versions are available to provide a larger locking contact area and torque capacity.
