The FK series is a high-performance, compact angular contact bearing unit fixed-end support. Through optimized bearing configuration and sealing design, it provides superior axial rigidity, high load capacity, and excellent precision retention in limited spaces. It is the preferred fixed-end support solution for demanding applications such as high-speed, high-precision CNC machine tools, precision automation platforms, and semiconductor equipment.

Technology

The FK series ball screw bracket can be considered an "enhanced version" or "compact high-performance version" of the BK series. It features targeted enhancements in key performance indicators, making it particularly suitable for high-end applications with limited space.

Bearings and Preload Angular contact bearings with higher precision grades (such as P4) are generally selected, and precise preload control is provided to achieve lower axial runout and higher rigidity. Fitted with standard-precision (P5 grade) bearings, with preload set to standard specifications.
Sealing Performance Generally superior. May incorporate multi-lip seals or more efficient sealing combinations, providing better protection against dust and splashes to safeguard the internal precision bearings. Standard contact seals provide adequate protection.
Accuracy and Rigidity Higher. Optimised design and higher bearing precision result in superior overall system rigidity (axial and radial) and motion accuracy. High precision to meet standard requirements for precision transmission.
Applications High-end machining centres, precision grinding machines, linear motor drive platforms, IC packaging equipment. Suitable for general-purpose CNC machine tools, injection moulding machines, laser equipment and heavy-duty automation.

Main Technical Parameters and Design
Performance Enhancement Design:
Precision Bearing Assembly: The core typically uses two rows of ultra-precision angular contact ball bearings (back-to-back DB arrangement), with a potentially larger contact angle (such as 40° or 45°) to provide stronger axial rigidity.
Integrated Precision Machining: The housing adopts an integrated design, with the inner bore, end face, and bearing mounting surface processed with high-precision single-setup machining, ensuring extremely high coaxiality and perpendicularity, reducing system errors.
Enhanced Sealing: Integrated multi-layer or labyrinth sealing structure effectively prevents the intrusion of coolant, fine chips, and dust, adapting to harsher machine tool internal environments.
Precision and Compatibility: The axial runout accuracy of the ball screw is usually controlled more strictly than the BK series. Although the performance is higher, its mounting interface (flange hole spacing, shaft end mating dimensions) is often compatible with the same specifications of the BK/BF series, facilitating equipment upgrades.
Mounting Form:  It also uses a square flange type, but the flange thickness and shape may be more optimized to achieve stable mounting in a compact space.
