Low Assembly EGH-CA/SA Series Linear Guideway

The EGH-CA/SA series is a low-profile (low-center-of-gravity) ball-type linear guide. "Low-profile" refers to the fact that the overall height of its slider has been specially optimized, significantly lower than standard high-profile sliders. This design lowers the center of gravity of the moving parts of the equipment, while saving valuable vertical space inside the equipment, making it particularly suitable for precision instruments, small automation modules, medical equipment, and electronic manufacturing equipment with strict height limitations.

Structural height Significantly reduced. The overall height (H) of the carriage is small, effectively lowering the overall centre of gravity and total height of the moving components. Standard or increased height. Enables the design of smaller, slimmer equipment.
Load capacity Good. Although the height is reduced, optimised internal raceway design ensures excellent load-carrying capacity comparable to or slightly lower than that of standard models of the same specification. High. Provides reliable load-bearing capacity even in confined spaces.
Operational precision High. Available in a range of precision grades (e.g. from Standard Grade N to Precision Grade P), ensuring precise motion even in compact equipment. High. Compact size without compromising on precision.
Rigidity Fairly high. The low centre of gravity design itself helps improve motion stability, offering good vibration resistance. However, resistance to overturning moments is typically slightly lower than that of high-profile models of the same specification. Extremely high. Meets the rigidity requirements of most compact equipment.
Model classification CA Type: Flanged low-profile slide block, side-mounted, saving space and easy to install.
SA Type: Square low-profile slide block, top-mounted, offering a more compact structure.
CA/HA type. Offers mounting options for various compact configurations.

Main Technical Parameters and Design
1. Compact Design: The slider's shape is optimized to the extreme within the minimum space required for ball circulation and sealing, achieving minimal height.
2. Performance Balance:  Using a high-rigidity cage and optimized ball contact angle, the system's load capacity and rigidity are maintained as much as possible while reducing height.
3. Sealing and Lubrication: Equipped with compact end seals and potentially integrated grease reservoirs, ensuring good dust protection and long-lasting lubrication even in confined spaces.
4. Selection Considerations:
Confirm maximum height: Clearly define the maximum allowable installation height of the equipment; this is the first constraint for selection.
Calculate load: Under the premise of meeting height requirements, select the specifications that meet the load and lifespan requirements.
Choose mounting type: Select the CA type (side flange mounting) or SA type (top mounting) according to the equipment structure.

having decades of work experience and zero clearance between the screw
and nut.

One ball screw shaft matches one ball screw nut. Because each ball screw
shaft has a very tiny different tolerance. There are dozens of different
ball sizes for different screw shaft.
Our ball screw shaft and nut can be interchanged with the Taiwan
TBI ball screw shaft and nut very well.
