The HGW-CC/HC series combines a high-assembly design with a wide-profile concept. While retaining the high rigidity advantages of the high-assembly type (with taller sliders), it significantly increases the width of the guide rail and the volume of the slider. This design substantially increases the number of ball rows, contact area, and structural cross-sectional area, providing unparalleled load capacity, anti-overturning moment rigidity, and ultimate stability. It is specifically designed for top-tier heavy-duty applications such as large gantry machine tools, heavy-duty handling equipment, and heavy industrial machinery.

Load Capacity Extremely high. Due to the increased width and volume, the rated static and dynamic loads can reach 1.5 to over 2 times that of standard models of the same height, offering a significant advantage in service life calculations. High. Enables a single axis to withstand enormous loads, or significantly extends service life under heavy loads.
Rigidity (Torque Resistance) Extremely robust. The widened sliders and guide rails provide exceptional resistance to overturning and torsional loads, resulting in minimal deformation under conditions of long cantilevers and significant eccentric forces. Installation Guidelines The wide-profile guide rail provides a wider, more stable mounting reference surface, facilitating high-precision installation and levelling, and ensuring long-term maintenance of accuracy. Model Classification CC Type: Flanged wide slider, side-mounted.
HC Type: Square wide slider, top-mounted.
CA/HA type. Offers two mainstream, robust mounting options for heavy-duty structures.

1. Wide-profile design: Its rail width (e.g., HGW25, HGW35, HGW45) is typically greater than the HGH series of the same height level, which is the physical basis for its load capacity.
2. Reinforced ball system:  Uses a greater number of ball rows and a reinforced recirculation system to ensure smooth ball circulation and even stress distribution under heavy loads.
3. Heavy-duty sealing: Equipped with reinforced end seals and bottom seals, and may use metal scrapers to withstand larger amounts of debris and dust in heavy-duty environments.
4. Preload and accuracy: Offers medium preload (C2) and heavy preload (C3) as standard or recommended options to maximize rigidity. Accuracy grades range from high precision (H) to ultra-precision (UP).

We conduct nut assembly in a constant temperature workshop,  all workers
having decades of work experience and zero clearance between the screw
and nut.

One ball screw shaft matches one ball screw nut. Because each ball screw
shaft has a very tiny different tolerance. There are dozens of different
ball sizes for different screw shaft.
Our ball screw shaft and nut can be interchanged with the Taiwan
TBI ball screw shaft and nut very well.
