High Assembly (Low) HGL-CA/HA Series Linear Guideway

The High Assembly (Low) HGL-CA/HA Series Linear Guideway reveals its dual characteristics: it inherits the internally reinforced structure and high-performance genes of the high-assembly type (HGH series), but optimizes its external profile, achieving a lower overall slider height than traditional high-assembly types. This design provides a better balance for applications where both space and performance are critical, such as robotic arms, compact machining units, and high-end automation equipment.

Structural Features Optimised high-profile structure. Load Capacity and Rigidity High. Excellent. Offers excellent value for money by achieving a significant reduction in height in exchange for a minimal compromise in performance.
Installation Height Low. The overall height (H) lies between that of traditional high-profile and low-profile models, effectively lowering the centre of gravity and overall height of the moving parts of the equipment. Relatively high. Lowest. Provides a new trade-off for equipment miniaturisation and stability design.
Suitable Applications High-speed robotic arms, Z-axes of medium-sized machining centres, precision assembly modules, and performance-oriented equipment with limited space. Large machining centres, heavy-duty automation. Small-scale automation, electronic equipment, and lightweight instruments. Fills the niche market for applications requiring high performance but with limited space.

Main Technical Parameters and Design
1. Design Concept: Following the principle of "form follows function," the high-assembly slider undergoes topological optimization. While ensuring the strength of the ball circulation system, sealing system, and mounting structure, excess material is removed to achieve lightweighting and reduced height.
2. Performance Retention:  Typically retains the four-way equal load design and the same accuracy grade options. Preload levels may also be comparable to the high-assembly type to ensure rigidity.
3. Selection Guidance:
When design is limited by installation height, but the standard low-assembly type (EGH) is considered insufficient in rigidity or load capacity, the HGL series is the ideal upgrade option.
It can be considered a "compact version" of the HGH series or an "enhanced version" of the EGH series.

Industrial Robots: Arm guide axes for six-axis articulated robots and SCARA robots, requiring high rigidity in confined spaces to maintain end-effector accuracy.

having decades of work experience and zero clearance between the screw
and nut.

One ball screw shaft matches one ball screw nut. Because each ball screw
shaft has a very tiny different tolerance. There are dozens of different
ball sizes for different screw shaft.
Our ball screw shaft and nut can be interchanged with the Taiwan
TBI ball screw shaft and nut very well.
