Main Technical Parameters and Design
1. Design Concept: Following the principle of "form follows function," the high-assembly slider undergoes topological optimization. While ensuring the strength of the ball circulation system, sealing system, and mounting structure, excess material is removed to achieve lightweighting and reduced height.
2. Performance Retention: Typically retains the four-way equal load design and the same accuracy grade options. Preload levels may also be comparable to the high-assembly type to ensure rigidity.
3. Selection Guidance:
When design is limited by installation height, but the standard low-assembly type (EGH) is considered insufficient in rigidity or load capacity, the HGL series is the ideal upgrade option.
It can be considered a "compact version" of the HGH series or an "enhanced version" of the EGH series.
Typical Applications
The HGL-CA/HA series is ideal for the following applications that demand high performance density:
Industrial Robots: Arm guide axes for six-axis articulated robots and SCARA robots, requiring high rigidity in confined spaces to maintain end-effector accuracy.
Compact CNC Equipment: Z-axis of small vertical machining centers and engraving machines, reducing spindle head height to improve rigidity and save space.
Precision Inspection and Assembly: Mobile units for automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment and precision press-fitting equipment.
Semiconductor Peripheral Equipment: Motion axes requiring fast response and precise positioning in packaging and testing sorting machines and dispensing machines.
The High Assembly (Low) HGL-CA/HA Series Linear Guideway is a product that embodies refined market segmentation and engineering optimization thinking. It does not pursue the ultimate performance in any single aspect, but instead strives to achieve a balance across multiple key customer requirements, such as performance, rigidity, and installation space.

One ball screw shaft matches one ball screw nut. Because each ball screw shaft has a very tiny different tolerance. There are dozens of different ball sizes for different screw shaft. Our ball screw shaft and nut can be interchanged with the Taiwan TBI ball screw shaft and nut very well. |
