High Assembly HGH-CA/HA Series Linear Guideway

The HGH-CA/HA series are high-assembly (high-profile) ball-type linear guideways. High assembly refers to the relatively greater height of the slider, which provides greater load moment capacity and higher rigidity. This series features a four-way equal load design, offering excellent load-bearing capacity in radial, anti-radial, and lateral directions.  Precise manufacturing processes ensure high operating accuracy, smoothness, and long service life, meeting the demands of most demanding industrial applications.

Structural rigidity Extremely high. The raised slider structure provides a greater torque-carrying span and offers exceptional resistance to overturning (torque resistance), with minimal deformation under off-centre or cantilevered loads. Load capacity High. HA Type: Square-shaped slider, top-mounted, offering secure and straightforward installation.

1. Accuracy Grade:  Typically offers multiple options from standard grade (N) to ultra-precision grade (SP), meeting different needs from general automation to ultra-precision machine tools.
2. Preload Grade: Offers options of no preload (C0), light preload (C1), medium preload (C2), and heavy preload (C3). Higher preload results in higher rigidity, but also slightly increases friction and temperature rise.
3. Sealing and Lubrication:
End seals: Standard configuration, effectively preventing dust ingress.
Bottom seals: Available on some models, providing bottom protection.
Grease nipple: Convenient for daily maintenance and lubrication.
4. Selection Points:

We conduct nut assembly in a constant temperature workshop,  all workers
having decades of work experience and zero clearance between the screw
and nut.

One ball screw shaft matches one ball screw nut. Because each ball screw
shaft has a very tiny different tolerance. There are dozens of different
ball sizes for different screw shaft.
Our ball screw shaft and nut can be interchanged with the Taiwan
TBI ball screw shaft and nut very well.
