The LMH-UU series bearing is an economical linear bearing based on the classic LM standard bearing, featuring a unique rectangular flange (double-cut edge) design. Its "H" shaped flange, achieved by removing the unnecessary parts of a circular flange, provides superior resistance to overturning moments and higher space utilization efficiency at virtually no additional cost. Average. Good. Provides excellent all-round torque resistance. For most applications involving directional off-centre loading, the H-type provides sufficient and efficient rigidity.
Installation and Layout Convenient and neat. The two parallel mounting faces are easy to align and install side-by-side on aluminium profiles and sheet metal, facilitating modular, high-density linear layouts. Convenient, but layout flexibility is average. Sturdy, but takes up a lot of space and has low layout density. In compact designs requiring multiple bearings to be mounted side-by-side, the H-type offers the most elegant and space-saving layout.
