The SMP Series High Torque Single Diaphragm Coupling is an all-metal, backlash-free single-diaphragm coupling.  Its core is a set of precisely machined multi-hole high-strength stainless steel diaphragms, connected to aluminum alloy or steel hubs at both ends via bolts. It utilizes the elastic deformation of the diaphragm to compensate for shaft misalignment while maintaining extremely high torsional rigidity, making it an excellent choice for connecting servo motors to high-dynamic, high-precision transmission chains such as ball screws, spindles, or gearboxes.

Maintenance and Service Life Maintenance-free with an extremely long service life. The metal diaphragm offers outstanding fatigue resistance, and there are no wearing parts. Maintenance-free, but the elastomer is a consumable part and must be replaced after prolonged use. Maintenance-free.
