SCL-UU Series (Extended Fixed Type) |
AJL-UU Series (Extended Adjustable) |
Core Values and Selection Guide |
| Core Positioning |
A standard solution featuring high load capacity, high rigidity and exceptional stability. |
A high-load, zero-backlash, serviceable, extended-length precision adjustable solution. |
Choose the SCL for ultimate rigidity; choose the AJL if, in addition to ultimate rigidity, you require zero backlash and long-term precision retention. |
| Core Structure |
Extended, one-piece fixed slide block. The significantly increased length of the slide block provides a large contact area with the guide rail, resulting in exceptional resistance to overturning moments and torsional loads. |
Extended adjustable slide block. Side adjustment screws are integrated into the extended structure, allowing fine-tuning of internal clearance and preload. |
‘Extended length’ is the cornerstone of performance, whilst ‘adjustability’ ensures precision. The combination of the two enables the system to cope with the most demanding operating conditions. |
| Load Capacity and Rigidity |
Extremely high. The extended design provides greater load and torque capacity, as well as higher static and dynamic rigidity, resulting in minimal deformation under off-centre or cantilevered loads. |
Building on the high rigidity of the SCL series, backlash can be eliminated through adjustment, achieving equally high rigidity in both directions. |
It is the ideal choice for heavy loads, high acceleration, or complex force scenarios. |
| Smooth Operation and Precision |
Excellent. The multi-point support provided by the long slide block and guide rail ensures exceptionally smooth and stable operation, with good damping properties that effectively absorb vibrations. |
Excellent, with controllable and recoverable precision. The adjustable feature ensures optimal operating conditions are maintained over the long term, counteracting wear. |
Provides a rock-solid motion platform for high-precision machining, measurement and assembly. |
| Service Life and Precision Retention |
Long. The larger contact area reduces the load per unit area and the wear rate. |
Longer service life. The adjustment function allows for the compensation of minute clearances caused by wear after prolonged use, restoring initial performance and significantly extending the effective service life of the unit. |
The AJL series offers a “long-term precision warranty” for equipment, reducing total cost of ownership. |
| Typical Applications |
Bases for large-scale testing equipment, cutting heads for heavy-duty laser cutters, and precision assembly presses. |
Accessory axes for high-precision CNC machine tools, semiconductor wafer handling manipulators, and heavy-duty robotic seventh-axis guidance. |
Both serve as core motion components for heavy-duty precision equipment; the AJL is suitable for applications with contract-level requirements for long-term precision. |
