The MGN-C/H series is a miniaturized, compact ball-type linear guide. Its rail width typically ranges from 3mm to 12mm, with an extremely low slider height and a highly sophisticated structure. Despite its small size, it fully inherits the high precision, high rigidity, and smooth motion characteristics of larger linear guides. Through a precise miniature ball circulation system, it achieves reliable load support and precise guidance within a limited internal space, making it crucial for achieving sub-micron positioning and repetitive motion in miniature devices.

1. Model Differentiation:
MGN-C type: Flange-type miniature slider. Side-mounted, with the mounting surface flush with the top surface of the rail, this model offers the most space-saving total installation height, suitable for vertical layouts with extremely limited space.
MGN-H type: Square miniature slider. Top-mounted, with the mounting surface higher than the rail, offering stable and easy installation, making it a more versatile miniature option.
2. Accuracy and Preload: Despite its small size, precision grade (P) accuracy and light preload (C1) are available to improve rigidity and eliminate backlash.
3. Selection Key Points:
Space is paramount: Clearly define the width, height, and length limitations of the installation space; this is the first decisive factor in selection.

and nut.

shaft has a very tiny different tolerance. There are dozens of different
ball sizes for different screw shaft.
Our ball screw shaft and nut can be interchanged with the Taiwan
TBI ball screw shaft and nut very well.
