Main Advantages High positioning accuracy: The cumulative lead error within each 300mm stroke is very small, ensuring that the equipment moves accurately and stably to the target position, which is the foundation for achieving high-precision machining and measurement.
Preload Preload is typically provided (such as oversized steel ball preload or offset preload) to eliminate axial backlash and ensure drive rigidity, rapid response, and no backlash or reverse rotation.
Typical Applications It is widely used in scenarios where stable precision is required, such as precision CNC machine tools, injection molding machines, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and high-precision automated production lines.

"Cyclone milling" is a highly efficient milling process for machining threads (including ball screw thread raceways). Simply put, it uses a high-speed rotating cutter head to simultaneously mill a slowly rotating workpiece to form threads.

Its advantages primarily stem from the process itself, bringing the following characteristics to ball screws:

1. High-efficiency and Green Production: Its dry cutting (or micro-spray cooling) method eliminates the need for traditional cutting fluid, significantly reducing waste liquid treatment, making it a highly efficient, green, and low-consumption machining method.

2. High machining efficiency: Due to the high-speed intermittent cutting involving multiple cutting tools simultaneously, its metal removal rate is far higher than that of traditional turning, increasing machining efficiency by several times or even more than ten times, making it especially suitable for mass production.

3. Suitable for large and hardened workpieces: Particularly suitable for machining large ball screws (often exceeding 600mm in length) with a large length-to-diameter ratio and relatively poor rigidity, as well as hardened materials with a hardness of HRC60 or higher, achieving "milling instead of grinding".

and nut.

One ball screw shaft matches one ball screw nut. Because each ball screw
shaft has a very tiny different tolerance. There are dozens of different
ball sizes for different screw shaft.
Our ball screw shaft and nut can be interchanged with the Taiwan
TBI ball screw shaft and nut very well.
