The WANGONG laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments spanning geometric measurement, mechanical properties, and material analysis. From Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and laser interferometers that ensure motion accuracy, to roughness testers and profilometers that evaluate surface integrity, and down to metallographic microscopes and hardness testers that probe material internals, we have established a multi-dimensional quality verification system.

Following strict anti-static and dust prevention procedures, every assembly technician has undergone systematic training and is well-versed in the operating philosophy of "handling with care, precise alignment, and controllable torque." From the precise selection and preload adjustment of ball screws to the parallelism calibration and locking of linear modules, and then to the complete integration of complex box-type units, every process has a standard operating procedure (SOP) and process record.
